Gun Servicing & Repairs

Reigate Gun Makers offers competitively priced air rifle, shotgun and rifle servicing and repairs from our on site workshop. Stock repairs and refinishing, full servicing, repairs, manufacturing of replacement parts, testing and zeroing services are all available. We also have a selection of trusted contacts for other services such as gun refinishing, blacking, engraving and also Cerakoting for the jobs we are unable to do in house. Please call us or pop into the shop in Reigate for any enquiries.

Service 2

Custom Gunsmithing & Rifle Building

We offer re-barreling, blueprinting, crowning, threading and bedding and other similar work. Owner/Gunsmith Steve now also offers custom rifle building using available actions, stocks/chassis with Lothar Walther or krieger barrels using techniques for trueing and chambering for extreme accuracy. (photo below is a Blueprinted Remington action, custom profile stainless Lothar Walther barrel in an AICS AX chassis built by Reigate Gunmaker Ltd Our on site workshop allows us to undertake gunsmithing work such as small part manufacturing etc for when off the shelf products may not be available for the use. With many older guns no longer having spares available we are able to make some of the parts needed to keep them in use.

Service 3

Commission Sales

If you are looking to sell your gun and do not want to handle it yourself we offer a sale or return service for you. This provides a much easier and safer option that utilises are gunroom, expertise and online presence to value and sell your guns in a hassle free way. We charge a 25% commission for this.

Service 4

Gun Storage

If you do not have the facilities to store your guns we can offer you a safe and secure storage service at Reigate Gunmaker Ltd. Please get in touch if this is something that you may require so we can arrange storage and provide you with the appropriate paperwork once the guns are in our care. Our storage fee is £5/week per gun.

Service 5

Gun Transfers

If you are buying second hand and need a local RFD for the gun to be transferred to, please get in touch. We can also post firearms/airguns to other RFD’s if you are interested in purchasing from us but are not local. In addition if you have made a private sale and require someone to post the gun for you then we offer that service too.
